Fantastic item (medium-sized recycled backpack) that arrived super fast right before Christmas. My sole complaint (that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) was the plastic packaging on the outside. I think paper or cardboard would be a better choice.

But we still haven't received anything, and there's no estimated delivery time. Plus, David has stopped replying. It's a total mess!
